Ryan was fantastic! He came over right away. Provided an estimate in a very short time. He got in the unit and had it installed fast. Our furnace went out on a Friday and by Monday at 1:30 pm we had a new working furnace! I would recommend you to anyone!

Our a/c stopped working yesterday. I called this morning and Rehagen responded with a service call within 4 hours. Chris Martin was our service tech. He was very knowledgeable and had the problem figured out in a short time. They did a check of all our equipment and replaced a capacitor that was bad also.

Rehagen Heating & Cooling installed a new geothermal heat pump in my new house. The project went smoothly and they were very good to work with. Water Furnace system seems to be working smoothly and efficiently.

Our air conditioner compressor went bad and we had to get a new unit. We called several places looking for an estimate for a new system and Rehagen was the first to come give us an estimate. Their estimate seemed very reasonable and once we got an estimate from another company the decision wasn’t hard to make. Rehagen was almost half the cost of the other estimate even though they didn’t think they could get us in for about a week. Our AC died, and we were trying to wait for a geothermal install but the humidity came and we had to do what homeowners hate – throw money at something just to replace it in a month or two. Jared was the service man that fixed our AC, and he was the most professional contractor I’ve ever dealt with. He actually took the time to explain what he would do, then he explained what he did and showed me pictures of what he fixed. The quality of service really helped ease the fact we would be replacing the system soon; at least our money was going to a really good local company with great employees!

They installed my geothermal heat pump in 2010. Their employees were professional, friendly and did amazing work. The system has been worry free for 8 years now. The one time had an issue with a zone damper they drove form Westphalia and fixed it the same day. Great company! Their salesman Cody Weber is as honest as they come.

Chris from Rehagen Heating & Cooling is AMAZING! We woke up to no A/C yesterday, and he took the time to talk to my husband and I and figure out exactly what our problem was. He was very responsive, and took time to make sure he knew the unit before he even arrived. Once here, he was quick, personable, and knowledgeable. Chris was in, got it fixed and was finished within 30 minutes. Definitely an asset to the company!

2021Update: I had another mini split installed. The job was done promptly and professionally. All trash was cleaned up and the installation technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The service can’t be beat. Thanks. 2020 Rehagen’s did a very professional job installing my new geothermal system and mini split supplemental system. I would highly recommend them for any heating and air work. Cody and Kyle were very responsive and considerate during the entire process. I am very happy with both systems and the service I received.

When we had a problem with our heat pump, Ryan was quick to respond to our request for an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us with any queries we had and helped with our selection of new units. The install was just as professional. On time. Courteously. Clean. We purchased a new Daikin air Source Heat pump with electrical auxiliary heat from Rehagen Heating & Cooling recently. Ryan was terrific to work with and did excellent work estimating and explaining what we needed, he answered all of our of questions (it seemed like hundreds). They filled the unit with Freon to get me through for a few days until they could install an entire new unit. Ryan, Eric and Ethan were here on time and installed a complete HVAC system by early afternoon. Knowledgeable guys who explained what I needed to know. They also left the basement area cleaner than it was before! I definitely recommend their services, they are a great bunch of guys! Thank you!

I highly recommend Rehagen HVAC. During the hottest days of last summer our AC failed. We received quotes from multiple companies and Rehagen’s quote was competitive and clearly stated. The installation went quickly and smoothly, and when Rehagen left that day our house was cleaner then when they arrived! Just before noon today I called to request a system check up, Rehagen had a tech to my house in Prairie Home by 1:30 PM. Who else provides that level of service in today’s world?! Saw Ryan and Cody at the HBA Home Show and decided to get an estimate for full replacement of my 19-year-old, HVAC system. That was on Saturday, Ryan was at my house on the following Tuesday, we walked through the house and talked about what I had in mind. After five phone calls over two months trying to have ANOTHER Jefferson City AC/Heating company come to look at repairing their heating unit which they had installed, I was at whit’s end. So, I called Rehagen Heating and Cooling and they were out the very next day to look at my problem. Excellent service from Rehagen.
