Chase installed my unit (an air scrubber) with a smile and great manners. He did it quickly and professionally, also was kind enough to put a new lightbulb in my furnace room, and opened a jug of floor cleaner (I have arthritis)for me! Fabulous! Give him a raise! Always perfect with Rehagen!!!!

We have had an HVAC system from Rehagen for over 40 years. They always respond promptly when there is an issue. Their service members are friendly and professional.

Great company to work with. We just purchased a new Water Furnace from Rehagen HVAC. Our old Water Furnace was 35 years old. When we called the old company we bought the original one from, they were 5 days out for an appointment. It was sweltering heat and the air was out. Rehagen has service men who handle emergency conditions. Chris was here within an hour, walked us thru everything he did, and explained why we were going to need a new Water Furnace soon. That was 3 years ago. Rehagen serviced our unit every year for 3 more years. Then our old Water furnace finally 'Bit the dust'. We got a few bids. Rehagen's Salesman, Cody, was a gentleman, very knowledgeable, and not pushy. His quote came in at a good price. Chad and Clayton were our installers. They were thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, explained how to operate our new system, and cleaned up everything before they left. Rehagen is an outstanding company to work with.

Mckayla answered the phone when I called was kind and helpful. They treated my situation as if it was an emergency. Caleb was our tech he arrived within an hour of my calling very nice and knowledgeable will definitely be calling them from now on!

Marshall came out and helped us with our new unit we just had install by them. (Wade and Daireus did an Amazing job with the install. They were quick and quiet. I barely knew they were here except for the heat it just happened to be a hot day.) Marshall did great he was so kind and informative! We also normally get Kendra and she is amazing as well. They’re great at communicating and helping us understand if there is anything wrong. Clear at communicating plan, advice and cost.
